Our Refund Policy
Because BundleMart sells digital products that are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, we care about your satisfaction and offer a 30-day refund window under specific circumstances outlined below.

Eligible for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if: (1) You did not receive your download link within 24 hours and our support team was unable to resolve the issue. (2) The downloaded file is corrupt, incomplete, or fundamentally different from what was described on the product page. (3) A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the product.

Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued for: (1) Change of mind after download. (2) Incompatibility with software not listed in the product requirements. (3) Issues arising from your own technical environment. (4) Partial use of a product bundle. (5) Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@bundlemart.com with your order ID, the email address used for purchase, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you purchased the wrong product, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
