2. Digital Products

All products sold on BundleMart are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via email. You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the product for your own projects.

3. License

Unless stated otherwise, BundleMart products are licensed for personal and commercial use by the purchaser only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files with others. You may not claim the work as your own or use it in products sold as-is without substantial modification.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials on BundleMart — including product files, logos, and website content — are the intellectual property of BundleMart and its creators. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely by our payment gateway. BundleMart does not store your payment card information. A confirmation and download link are sent to your email upon successful payment.

6. Delivery

Download links are delivered manually to your email by our team after payment verification. We aim to send all links within 5–30 minutes during business hours. If you do not receive your link within 2 hours, please contact support.

7. Limitation of Liability

BundleMart products are provided as-is. We make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall BundleMart be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of BundleMart after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
